Core Member:
Core Member is a commercial legal entity operating in the territory of Europe or Georgia which has 51 percent or more effective European control. Europe for the purposes of this document, is defined as a member of the EU/EUCU/EEA. The countries are listed below:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
General Member
A General Member is a commercial entity operating in the territory of Europe or Georgia, that meets one or more of the following parameters:
Associated Member
Associated members are non–commercial legal entities - Associations, NGOs, Think-tanks, Educational Establishments or physical persons, operating or living in the territory of Europe or Georgia, that can demostrate a European connection that adds value to the Assocation.
The board has the exclusive competence to decide on the type of membership to offer.
