Vincent Dujardin   – The Head of EBA Hospitality Committee

“I joined the hospitality industry in 1988 and since then I have been serving this field for 35 years.

I was born in France, in the city of Lille in the northern part of the country. I started my first job at Novotel Lille as a front desk administrator. Soon I was promoted and became the assistant manager of the front office, then I worked in sales, in the F&B department, and for 20 years now I have been working as a general manager in the highest position of the hotel hierarchy.

During my career, I had to travel to different countries of the world, where I gained great experience and saw the importance of service quality in a completely new way. After working in France, I moved to Belgium, namely Brussels, for several years. This was followed by my nine-year career adventure in three African countries: Burkina Faso, Mali and Senegal, where I opened the first Pullman hotel. After that, I returned to Europe and we opened a Novotel hotel in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Later, I continued working in Poland, where I managed the largest Accor hotel in Eastern Europe, with 742 rooms. The experience gained in Warsaw is one of the most valuable in my career path, which later helped me a lot in managing several Accor branded hotels in Moscow. After Moscow, I managed one of the hotels Swissotel Resort Kamelia in Sochi for a year and a half, and since April 2022, I have been working on the opening of the Pullman hotel in Tbilisi. Thus, it can be said that I have accumulated quite rich experience in hotel management. During my career, Pullman Tbilisi is the fourth hotel I have opened, which I am very proud of.”
