The Mission of the Sustainability Committee is assist the Georgian Sustainability, Energy and Finance Industries to harmonise with the global emerging challenges concerning the way modern business interacts and affects the environment.
A key challenge would be to highlight the importance of the concept of sustainability by identifying the key elements of sustainability, exploiting the governing best practices from leading organisations such as the UN, the European Union and other major political or economic organisations and align them with the Georgian legislation and norms.

Gvantsa Devrisashvili – Co-Chair of the EBA Sustainability Committee
Gvantsa Devrisashvili is a Director in Deal Advisory at BDO in Georgia, with over 15 years of experience in consulting and audit services. She has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2019 and has been actively involved in the EBA Sustainability Committee since 2023.
Her professional experience is focused on sustainability advisory, business and asset valuation, market research, project profitability analysis, due diligence and transaction services, and fundraising advisory. She supports clients in addressing complex strategic, financial, and transactional challenges across a broad spectrum of business contexts.
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive cross-sector experience, enabling her to bring a practical, market-oriented perspective to sustainable business development.
