Nini Ushikishvili, EBA Legal and Policy Officer participated in the discussion on the draft law on Entrepreneurs at the Parliament of Georgia.

EBA has written a considerable library of position papers on issues concerning our members including E-commerce legislation, procurement, and the DCFTA, (in conjunction with EBA Moldova and Ukraine). Regular PPD round tables are another part of our strategy to fulfill the EBA Mission: “Doing business in Georgian will be the same as doing business in Europe”.
