‘My career journey has been one of discovery and growth, and it truly began with my participation in the Economic Policy and Reforms Bootcamp, a collaborative program by the European Business Association Georgia (EBA) and the USAID Economic Governance Program (EGP). This program was a pivotal moment in my life, offering me valuable insights into economic policy, leadership, and problem-solving.

 

Through it, I developed skills in strategic thinking, communication, and adaptability, all of which have been crucial in shaping my professional path. I am deeply grateful for this program, as it not only helped me clarify my career direction but also inspired me to continue learning and pursuing a field that challenges me every day. After completing this program, I became an EBA Youth Representative, where I could further contribute to the growth of the business community.

 

My academic background in Social and Political Sciences, with a specialization in Sociology from TSU, provided a solid foundation, but I was seeking more—something that would allow me to explore new areas and push myself professionally.

 

The mentorship and guidance I received during the USAID program pointed me toward the aviation industry, where I discovered my true passion. These experiences helped me define a career path aligned with my interests and aspirations.

 

This newfound passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Air Transport Management (MBA) at Georgian Aviation University.

 

Today, I am gaining hands-on experience as an Inventory Specialist at Zina Flight Support, an American aviation company, and serving as an EBA Youth Representative. In both roles, I am committed to continuous learning and making a meaningful contribution to the aviation industry.
