Celebrating “Story of Growth and Tbilisi Office Opening”

We are excited to join the EBA member – Girteka Business Services in celebrating “Story of Growth and Tbilisi Office Opening”.
 
Established in 2022, Girteka Business Services (GBS) Tbilisi, Georgia, is part of Girteka Group, the largest asset-based logistics company in Europe. Girteka Group, European leader in temperature-controlled road transportation, began operating in Georgia two years ago with fewer than five team members. Over this period, the team has grown into an organization of 230 employees.
 
Girteka Business Services Tbilisi hub supports Girteka Group’s European operations by providing essential services from its local office. The Tbilisi teams support critical operations and functional areas such as customer care, transport planning, IT support and development, financial services, and people and culture. These services are integral to upholding the high standards of reliability and service that Girteka’s European customers expect. The local workforce plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of these customers, ensuring the consistent and reliable delivery of services.
 
“Our new office in Tbilisi is officially open and this fall we are celebrating two big milestones! We are thrilled to celebrate not only our team’s growth—from fewer than 10 people to 230 in just two years—but also the opening of our new office space in Tbilisi. The Girteka Hub Tbilisi office, as we’ve named it, is designed to enhance our ‘one team’ culture and drive cross-border excellence as one unified Girteka team.

The new Girteka Hub office, located on Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, spans 1,800 square meters. Its design emphasizes employee well-being, featuring modern facilities and amenities that create a supportive and inclusive workplace.
