The EBA proudly announces the successful completion of the first season of the EBA Youth Academy—an independent initiative led by the EBA Youth Wing, with strong support from EBA member companies. This achievement reflects the dedication, leadership, and initiative of our young organizers and participants.

 

Hosted by EBA member Terminal, the graduation ceremony marked not just the conclusion of the program, but the beginning of new professional opportunities. From the start, young people were at the center of the initiative. Members of the EBAYouth Wing helped design the program, coordinate sessions, and lead discussions. Participants actively engaged in workshops, company visits, and networking events, shaping the content and direction of the Academy through their feedback and ideas. This hands-on involvement gave youth leadership opportunities and a platform for decision-making.
Graduates were awarded certificates and now receive priority access to internships and volunteering opportunities within the EBA network.
