𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐁𝐀 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 Meeting was held at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers, bringing together key representatives from the hospitality and tourism sectors. The event served as a platform to address industry challenges, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic goals that reflect the real needs of EBA members.
The session opened with remarks from Mariam Kuchuloria, Managing Director of EBA, followed by a presentation on committee priorities from Vincent Dujardin, Chair of the EBA Hospitality Committee and General Manager of Pullman Hotel. Khatuna Bolkvadze, Human Resources Manager at Hilton Batumi, highlighted the critical issue of skills mismatch in the sector. The meeting concluded with an open discussion, where participants exchanged insights and suggestions for future action.
