Ekaterine Kavtaradze – The head of EBA Gender Equality and Women’s Economic Empowerment Committee
Tegeta Holding has appointed Ekaterine Kavtaradze as its Chief Executive Officer. She joined Tegeta’s management team in August 2024, succeeding Vakhtang Kacharava in the role.

Ekaterine Kavtaradze has extensive experience in the business sector, having held various leadership positions. In recent years, she served Evex Hospitals as Deputy General Director in Operations and Service Development, as well as Chief Strategic Officer. Prior to that, she was the Director of Hospital Network Development at the Georgia Healthcare Group, and held the positions of General Director and Deputy General Director at the National Center for Disease Control.
Ekaterine holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Grenoble Ecole de Management and the Caucasus Business School, and also has a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tbilisi State Medical University.
