Tinatin Stambolishvili – Co-Chair of the EBA Strategic Communications Committee
Tinatin is a communications and behavioral science expert with extensive private sector experience, specializing in evidence-based strategy, corporate communications, and behaviorally informed solutions. Currently, she is Head of Communications at GPI Holding, one the largest insurance companies in Georgia, where she leads strategic communications, corporate positioning, and reputation management.
With a strong background in integrated communications, Tinatin has designed and implemented high-impact strategies that align business objectives with insights into human behavior—bridging brand strategy, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral design. Her work focuses on translating complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives that drive measurable results.
Tinatin is a lecturer at several universities, teaching corporate social responsibility, communication strategy, public relations, and behavioral insights in communications. She previously served as a board member of the UN Global Compact Network, contributing to the advancement of responsible business practices, sustainability, and ethical governance.
Sofie Gogiashvili – Co-Chair of the EBA Strategic Communications Committee
Marketing and communications professional with 15+ years in advertising and client service. Experienced in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and multi-market campaign management across Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova and Kazakhstan. Worked with local and global brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, MasterCard, Samsung, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Microsoft and others. Holds extensive experience in managing international campaigns, coordinating cross-market teams and building long-term partnerships. Additionally, has significant expertise in supporting companies entering new markets – particularly in Georgia – including strategic positioning, communications and stakeholder alignment.
