EBA Skills Development Committee together with GIZ hosted discussion: “Qualified Workforce – the Key to Success” together with the representatives from the Skills Agency of Georgia, HR professionals and talent acquisition managers from private companies and field experts. The event featured a special presentation by Dr. Michael Axmann, renowned VET expert and former ILO advisor.
The session included a focused presentation on the importance of practical, industry-specific, and sustainable training programs, followed by an engaging discussion on how the private sector can contribute to and benefit from workforce development.
