The EBA Youth Academy is Back
After a refreshing two-week break, our students returned full of energy, curiosity, and motivation to learn.

We kicked off the next chapter of the program with an inspiring visit to Dio • დიო — a proud member of the European Business Association and a distinguished Georgian brand known for its commitment to innovation and quality.

The session was led by Mr. Tamaz Daushvili, Co-Founder and Executive Director of DIO, who shared his valuable insights on principles of successful business management. His inspiring talk covered DIO’s journey, challenges overcome, and the strategic mindset behind building and sustaining a strong business in Georgia.

Students also had the opportunity to tour DIO’s office and factory and learn about the company’s operations from the inside, making the experience both educational and motivational.

The EBA Youth Academy extends its heartfelt thanks to DIO and Mr. Daushvili for their warm hospitality and for supporting the development of future business leaders.
