Born in Georgia and raised in Germany. After graduating from the RWTH Aachen as fuel Engineer he participated in different projects as scientific worker in the Institute of plastic processing in Aachen. In 2014 entering as head of Research and Development of the first basalt fiber manufacturing Plant in the European Union.

From 2016 as a CEO of DBF Deutsche Basalt Faser GmbH he is leading innovative Product Development in European Markets for construction, automotive and composites Segments. In 2021 awarded with the German IQ innovation Award together with the German Start-up together for the development of Aluminium coated basalt fibers on the field of electromagnetic shielding.
