Mariam Tsiskadze is the Deputy
Managing Director at the European Business Association (EBA) Georgia, where she
leads strategic communications, member care, and the Association’s youth
platform—EBA Youth. Driven by a strong passion for impactful communication, she
plays a key role in crafting and delivering EBA’s messages to reflect and
promote European values and standards. Through strategic messaging, Mariam
ensures the Association’s voice is clear, consistent, and mission-aligned.
Mariam Tsiskadze has overseen a
diverse portfolio of initiatives and projects aimed at empowering women and
girls, advancing youth career development, and actively engaging young
professionals in economic reform. She also manages programs promoting European
business standards and facilitating Georgia–EU trade, playing a key role in
aligning the Georgian business environment with European best practices. In
addition, Mariam is responsible for organizing and moderating large-scale
business forums, thematic events, and committee gatherings—strengthening
dialogue and collaboration across the EBA network.
Mariam studied at International
Black Sea University in Georgia, the University of Tartu in Estonia, and the
University of Bologna in Italy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social
sciences, followed by a master’s in International Relations and European
Studies—during which she focused her research on Georgia’s integration into the
European framework.
Before joining the EBA, Mariam
worked with various local and international organizations. She is a Policy
Designers Network Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and
has taken part in upskilling study tours and European business forums in
Austria, Romania, and Estonia.
