Nino Ushikishvili is the
Deputy Managing Director at the European Business Association (EBA Georgia), bringing
over five years of dynamic experience in advancing European business practices,
driving evidence-based advocacy, and managing complex projects.
She holds a Master’s degree
in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and has built her
career at the intersection of legal and policy matters, European integration,
and private sector development. Her academic journey includes European exchange
studies in France and Spain, which have enriched her cross-cultural perspective
and deepened her understanding of EU legal and regulatory frameworks.
Nino has actively
represented the Georgian business community at numerous high-level platforms in
both Georgia and Brussels, contributing to discussions on economic development,
legislative improvements and public-private cooperation. Through participation
in regional and international forums, conferences, and professional mobility
programs, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge of EU-aligned
business standards and cohesive, impactful advocacy.
Nino actively collaborates
with international and local partners to support EBA Georgia’s mission to
strengthen the voice of European businesses in the country. She plays an
integral role in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating sectoral committees,
and overseeing projects of various scales that enhance Georgia’s business
landscape and support the EBA Georgia’s goals.
