Tea Chkonia serves as
the Office Manager at the European Business Association Georgia (EBA Georgia),
bringing decades of professional experience in executive administration,
organizational coordination, and institutional support.
Since joining EBA,
she has played a key role in managing the Association’s internal operations,
supporting executive functions, and ensuring effective communication within the
team and with member organizations.
Her extensive
career includes a long tenure at MagtiCom, one of Georgia’s leading
telecommunications companies, where she held a senior administrative role and
provided high-level executive support to top management. Her responsibilities
encompassed internal coordination and strategic communication with key
stakeholders.
She has also held
academic and administrative positions in higher education, serving as Head of
the Foreign Languages Department at the International University of Law and
Business, contributing to the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Ilia
State University.
She holds academic
qualifications from Ilia State University in English and Russian Language
Studies, along with advanced certifications in Simultaneous Interpretation and
Referencing, and in Journalism.
With a broad
background across both corporate and academic sectors, she continues to support
the mission and operations of EBA Georgia with professionalism and dedication.
