The EBA together with the USAID Economic Governance Program, Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and Solidarity Center launched youth training program “Career Development Bootcamp”.
Students also attended their first introductory mentorship session provided by Mrs. Tatia Turashvili, Ph.D Management Consulting, Business Trainer and Coach.
Within the framework of the project, students of 13 Georgian universities will improve their career development skills, receive information from the sector experts about the ongoing economic reforms, and learn about the work specifics of successful businesses and associations in the working environment.
Successful graduates will be offered paid internships at EBA and other partner organizations of the USAID Economic Governance Program.
