EBA Deputy Managing Directors Nino Ushikishvili and Mariam Tsiskadze participated in the Investors Council’s Gender Equality and Green Economy Transition working group meeting with the representatives of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia.
Ms. Salome Zurabishvili, Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia provided the representatives of the business associations and financial institutions with detailed information regarding the programs and projects that support sustainable development goals, especially those related to gender equality (SDG 5) and climate change mitigation initiatives (SDG 13).
The working group also discussed the future synergies and cooperation within the framework of the Investors Council and the UN Global Compact Network Georgia
