EBA is a powerful and unique “European Cluster” with the vision “Doing business in Georgia will be the same as doing business in Europe”. The mission of the EBA is to advocate/lobby for European Businesses in Georgia through facilitating the development of trade and investment between Georgia and Europe. EBA generally does not make public statements on legislation, as it is an apolitical institution that works with the government and parliament on many issues.
However, we are deeply concerned that this law will have negative effect on a various foreign-financed projects, could delay Georgia’s European integration process and harms the investment climate of the country.
