EBA together with its member Grant Thornton Georgia organized a public-private dialogue on Taxation and Financial reporting challenges for Permanent Establishments, aimed to discuss current issues of taxation of permanent establishments (branch, representative office, etc.) and relevant financial reporting challenges.
The general overview of the topic presentation and the panel discussion was led by Grant Thornton’s Tax Department Director – Ketevan Ghambashidze; Participants of the panel discussion were: Natia Chaganava – Grant Thornton’s Tax Manager and Revenue Services, Audit Department representatives – Shota Minashvili – Head of Large Payers Office and Mariam Gugutishvili – Chief Auditor of Transfer Pricing of Large Payers Office.
