The first part of the conference was dedicated to the important issues such as corporate and tax matters related to investments, issuing loans or raising capital. Raising awareness on these topics among the business sector representatives is very important in order them to select the sources of financing carefully and implement all the transactions according to the current legislation.

 

The second part of the event was focused on different ways of motivating the staff members, such as bonuses and KPIs. Exploring and implementing these HR strategies will help organizations increase team productivity and achieve their goals. Guests had the opportunity for Q&A as well.
