Project objective: To pilot a platform of cooperation among the main stakeholders to improve the matching between the supply of qualified workers and labor market needs in the construction sector in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region.
Project activities:
- Establish a platform of cooperation among the key stakeholders;
- Develop and validate the tools to assess the qualifications and competencies of the staff and their training needs, provide recommendations;
- With the participation of the beneficiary company, the development of a training program for “Foreman”, match the private sector needs and requirements; piloting and assessment for its further introduction in the entire construction sector.
