Personal Experience

Currently General Manager of Hilton Batumi from January 2017. After graduation he started working in hotel industry from 1996. The journey with Hilton started at Hilton Munich City, where successfully completed the German Dual Education program to become a hotel professional during 2.5 years. Throughout his career he worked in 7 different Hilton Hotels in many different key positions in 4 countries: USA, Germany, Austria and Georgia. During his time in the U.S he studied and later completed his Hospitality Management Diploma in the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

Working with Hilton is not only managing hotels, it is a lifelong adventure. Being the corporate responsibility champion of Hilton for Continental Europe, which is known as “Travel with Purpose” program, is one of his most important missions. It includes different projects and activities connected to Youth, Sustainability and Community.

During his career path emphasizes always to deliver the highest quality service to guests, also that the most valuable resource of all successes is the TEAM. He leads by example and is always supporting and actively working on developing young talents and knows, that their success and career development can be the biggest treasure of our future.
