Torsten Weller, Founder of the Weller Way and a valued member of our Board of Directors, now serves as an Advisory Board Member.

With more than 25 years of international experience in leadership roles in the hospitality business and strong dedication, Mr. Weller is a tremendous asset to our advisory team, greatly benefiting the European Business Association.

Among his other contributions to the Association, Mr. Weller conceived the idea of creating EBAYouth, which has grown into a vibrant and dynamic platform for young members of our association. Thanks to his vision, EBAYouth has successfully launched numerous projects and initiatives, significantly contributing to the growth and engagement of young professionals within the European Business Association.
